About the event
As you probably know BIEPA is engaged in an appeal against the decision by City of Moreton Bay Council to approve a Development Application for a development in the Green Corridor along First Avenue that has a high environmental impact. Read the background on this project.
In this session we'll hear an update from the project team and have an opportunity to ask questions. The team includes Thomas McKeown, a lawyer with considerable experience in these matters whom we've engaged to significantly increase out chances of success.
