Get ready for Spring with information, plant suggestions, weed education and what you can do to make your garden be wildlife friendly and have maximum biodiversity.

BIEPA Common Myna Bird Project now has hire traps for the general community to hire for free. This event will showcase these new traps and the process to hire them plus offer education about this extremely destructive invasive bird for our local wildlife.

SAVE THE DATE: National Parks Assoc of Qld will be organising bushwalks, learning about birdwatching, art journaling, talks etc. A day for checking out what BIEPA is all about with some project displays and ways to help the environment. Great for the family to come and enjoy together!!

An opportunity for BIEPA members to get some history on this project - limiting/better managing 4x4 use & access to Bribie National Park. Find out about what has been done in the past, where it is currently and next steps.

Join our regular gathering to hear updates on projects, ask questions, get involved. Each month we aim to have a Guest Speaker on a fascinating and relevant topic. September meeting will have a presentation on Sea Grass Mapping and how AI is being used to help our waterways. More details to come.

Get up close to real wildlife that can be found around Bribie and surrounds, plus some fun simple kids activities to do, a puppet show, Nature Nose activity, plus displays of BIEPA projects and what is happening to support our local natural environment.

Come and help run our lively stall at the Rotary Markets in Bongaree on the second Sunday of every month. It's a sociable and rewarding morning of meeting friendly residents and visitors, raising awareness and funds.
