About the event

Queensland Threatened Plant Network will host a free Survey Training Workshop covering:


  • Establishing a plant profile.

  • Key information to collect when conducting a Plant Survey.

  • Useful field-based survey tools.

  • When permits are required.

  • How survey data can be used to conserve threatened plants.

  • Demonstrate survey techniques in the field.


Includes morning tea and lunch, and a 5-minute walk in local bushland behind CREEC to practice survey techniques.
