About the event
MBRC have notified residents around Clayton Park that they will be doing Flying Fox Roost Vegetation Work, and some residents have expressed concerns about the impact on the bats, so Council staff will be holding an informal drop-in information session near the playground to answer any questions.
This is an opportunity to learn about the bat colony and the proprosed work. Bring along your own knowledge of these bats and any evidence you have on the impact of vegetation works in the past or in other places.
