About the event
We're providing a regular time for members to get face-to-face help with any website issues, including joining and especially paying their membership fee. If you are unable to login to the website, check your membership, or renew an expired membership then this is where you can get things sorted out.
Please bring your phone or laptop if you want to learn how to do these things yourself, or let us help you do things using our laptops if that's easier. Also bring your credit/debit card (or PayPal login details) if you're going to be paying membership fees.
If you are already a member, bring the username (an email address) and password you provided when you joined on the website. If you can't remember your password, we can help you reset it.
If you're already au fait with this stuff, perhaps you could volunteer to help other members in these clinics. We also need volunteers willing to call members who's membership has expired to help them renew. Let us know when you register if you can help.
