About the event

Join the BIEPA Clean-up Crew for a morning making a difference!  You'll be cleaning-up the next 2.5km of Ocean Beach in  quest to scour the whole of the National Park beach over the coming months.BIEPA's Environment Team's

As with BIEPA's previous marine debris clean-ups,  all the rubbish collected will be reported to the aiding research into marine debris.Tangaroa Blue Marine Debris Initiative Database

This event has been made possible thanks to the generous support of local tour company and who will be looking after volunteer transport from the meeting point, up the beach,  and back.
