Our AGM is coming up again! It's an opportunity for BIEPA members to come together to celebrate their achievements over the past year, and to be nominated for positions on the next Management Committee.

How to attend

You must be a financial member (membership fee paid within the past 12 months) to attend and vote at General Meetings. You can check the status of your membership before the meeting by logging in to this website or by contacting: help@biepa.online

Committee positions

All positions on the Management Committee become vacant and a new committee will be elected for the coming financial year.

There are 4 named positions on the committee:

President
Vice-president
Secretary
Treasurer

There are also 3 other positions available for BIEPA members on the committee, making a total of 7 positions.

How to get nominated

To be nominated for a position, use the button below to download and print the nomination form, and return the completed form to the Secretary by 11th May 2026.

Voting when required

If we have more than one nomination for the same position you will be asked to vote for your preferred candidate. When motions are tabled you will be able to vote on those too.

If you can't make it to the meeting, you can complete the Proxy Vote form and get your nominated member to bring that with them to have your vote counted.
