Birds checklist book
Published “Annotated Checklist of the Birds of Bribie Island”.

2013
National Parks event
Hosted National Parks of QLD weekend event on Bribie.

2013
Plastic Revolution campaign
Joined Healthy Waterways' “The Plastic Pollution Revolution” campaign by hosting plastic bag filled “Natrasha the Turtle” sculpture at the Seaside Museum, Bribie Island Shopping Centre and Community Arts Centre.

2015
Climate March
Participated in Brisbane March to raise awareness of Climate Change.

2016
Cash for Containers
Hosted event on Woorim Beach supporting Cash for Containers Campaign by Boomerang Alliance.

2017
Water Monitoring
Water Monitoring Project resumed and is continuing.

2018
Cane Toad Challenge
Joined University of QLD’s Cane Toad Challenge. The UQ program has ended but our Toad Busters continue to eradicate adult toads and tadpoles.

2018
Recycled Art Prize
Sponsored the first “Art from Recycled Materials” Prize under the Annual Next Gen Art Competition at the Community Arts Centre. This sponsorship is continuing.

2018
40th Anniversary
Celebrated our 40th Anniversary with a Ferryman Cruise on Pumicestone Passage attended by past BIEPA Presidents, and a Ribbons of Reflection Tree at the Seaside Museum.

2019
New Goals
Members set goals at a General Meeting, reflecting priosities set in 2009 & 2015. Major long-term goals were for a Tree & Vegetation Protection and Management Policy specific to the Island and to lobby all levels of government and promote community support for a sustainable nature-based tourism model.
2019
March for the Pelicans
Participated in and supported March for the Pelicans to reinstate their perches on the Bribie Bridge.
